Aloe Shortlisted for FT/IFC Award of Sustainable Asset Manager of the Year 2011
Aloe is delighted to have been selected for the shortlist for the award of Sustainable Asset Manager of the Year organized by the Financial Times and the International Finance Corporation.
The theme for this year's FT/IFC conference is Where Innovation Meets Impact reflecting
the way that forward looking financial institutions are bringing high
impact solutions to bear on some of the world's most pressing problems,
from the provision of finance for small and growing enterprises in
emerging markets, to market mechanisms to deal with the growing
challenge of water scarcity.
The
Sustainable Asset Manager of the Year award highlights ground-breaking
achievement in the area of sustainable fund management, recognising the
management firm that has shown innovation or leadership in integrating
environmental, social and governance factors into its investment
philosophy and approach. This award recognises all forms of social and
environmental investment, and is open to all asset managers (including
private and public equity participants) across all asset classes.
The winner will be announced on June 16th at the conference dinner.
