Asian Development Bank Launches $400 Million "Climate-Friendly" Investment Fund


On August the 6th, the Asian Development has launched a $400 million fund with two partners to make environmental investments in Asia, at first focusing on China, India and Southeast Asia.

The joint venture, called Asia Climate Partners will invest in "clean technology, natural resource efficiency, water, agriculture, forestry and other climate-friendly companies."
